Can I use a different payment processor than Stripe?
Stripe is the only payment processor supported by Planning Center Giving. However, donations from other payment systems can be added manually in Batches or programmatically using the Giving API. Some integrations with Giving have been built, allowing you to use Giving and another donation system in tandem.
Do you have an option for donors to cover their processing fees?
We do! If you would like to offer your donors the option to cover the processing fee for their donation, you can enable this feature in your account.
How does Planning Center Giving compare to other church donation management platforms?
What currencies does Planning Center Giving process donations from?
Giving is available to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Donations are processed in USD, CAD, AUD, and the NZD, respectively.
