We’ve leveraged the new toolbar to provide you with a fresh experience that puts all your support options within quick access.

You'll find some familiar favorites here, like: searching our comprehensive help docs for suggested articles or sending our wonderful support team an email. 

But there’s more!

We've included a brand-new "Learn and explore" section, where we'll be sharing even more content to help you learn how to use Planning Center. 

Additionally, you'll find our Oscar-nominated Planning Center University tutorials, and some handy Getting Started guides to help you get acclimated to our products and hit the ground running. 

The Helpdesk in the toolbar is a one-stop shop for learning, growing, and getting the right kind of support no matter what you’re trying to accomplish.


Get More Done from Anywhere in Planning Center

Helpdesk isn’t the only thing in the toolbar, either! You can also check your notifications, view your profile information, and create tasks!

The toolbar stays with you no matter where you are in Planning Center, too. 

So if you’re planning your annual chili cookoff, and don’t want to forget about reserving the tables you need for the food—make a task right from wherever you are! 

If you want to double-check that your account has two-step verification enabled (hint hint, it should!)—see that from the toolbar, too!
