One of the biggest points of friction when rolling out Church Center app (CCA) to your congregation is the need for your congregants to find your church to log into. Whether that's because you live in an area with lots of churches and/or share a name with another church in the area, it can be challenging for your congregants to find your church.
Now, we have a simplified path for congregants to skip that step in the CCA sign-up process!
We've rebuilt the setup page on Church Center web (CCW) to include some magic to make this possible. Here's what this process will look like for your congregants.

with your congregants as your church’s unique app setup link. (You can download a QR code to share with your congregation on that page too!) - Congregants will tap on App Store or Google Play to get redirected and download the app
- Open the app and tap "Get Started"
- If they're on iOS, they'll be prompted to give permission to access the clipboard to finish this setup process. On Android, we'll automatically go to step 5 if there's a setup link we can work with on the clipboard.
- Your church will be automatically selected and your congregants will be able to log right in! ✨
For congregants who already have CCA installed, they can save a step as well — tapping your church's setup URL from their phone will open up CCA and prompt them to sign into your church.
