New: Global permissions management

If you’re an organization administrator or an admin in multiple products, viewing and managing permissions previously required switching to each product to make permissions changes. This experience was clunky and didn’t feel like a unified system. Today, that process gets more straightforward with a new permissions interface available in all products, simplifying viewing and managing permissions across Planning Center.
This new experience is available when you access a profile in any product. “Manage permissions” is now available in the “Actions” menu:

This modal provides a single interface for quickly viewing and managing a profile’s access across all the products you can access — you can do it in one place without switching to each product.
Organization administrators and billing administrators’ permission management remains in Account settings.
