New: Email formatting, skip to a later step, and sort by name for workflow cards

Workflow cards get a fresh coat of paint today and a few improvements!

People's workflow card emails now have the same time-saving tools and features you’ve come to expect: rich text formatting and the option to use email templates.

Skip to a later step

You can move cards to the next immediate step, but sometimes, it’s helpful to skip ahead multiple steps. Cards now have the additional option to skip to a specific future step in the “More options” dropdown:

Like other card actions, the card history logs the skip:

Sort by name

In addition to sorting by card age, we’ve added options for sorting by first or last name when it makes sense for your process:
