Those episodes are a valuable resource to the members of your congregation — for new members to hear past messages, for established members to re-listen, and for all your members to share with friends and family.
But it's challenging for members to find the specific episode they want to re-watch or share. Even if they know the speaker or the month it was published, they could be scrolling for a while if the episode was months — or even years — in the past.
