Improved: Extended Reservation Timer & More

We're excited to announce several improvements to Registrations that are all about streamlining your setup process and enhancing the registration experience:

 

• 48-Hour Window for Unlimited Capacity Events: For events without any capacity limits on all selection types, we're extending the registration question period to 48 hours, offering a more relaxed timeframe for attendees to provide their responses. Don’t worry, the timer will remain hidden until only 15 minutes is left, so we’ll keep those stress levels to a minimum.

 

• Improved Keyboard Logic for Adding Question Options: Adding options to your dropdown and checkbox questions just got easier. Now, you can simply hit the "enter" key to add an option, speeding up the process of setting up your event. This is available on all question types (Attendee, Registration, and Attendee Form)!

 

• Editable Dropdown Question Options: No more deleting and redoing questions just to make a change. With our new update, you can directly edit dropdown and checkbox question options, making adjustments a breeze. Simply click on the option name, edit the text, click "Update" or hit the "enter" key and Save your question!
