If you ever needed to add the same note across multiple workflow cards and profiles, the only solution was adding them individually. Today, we're rolling out new bulk note-adding capabilities!
Workflow cards
When selecting multiple workflow cards, you'll see a new Add note action alongside the existing Reassign and Email options. Click it to add a note to all selected cards at once, with the option to add it to each person's profile too.
Profiles and automations
There's also a new "Add note" action when you've selected multiple profiles from lists or via the bulk action menu. Specify your note category, date, and note content, and the same note will be added to all selected profiles. We've also made adding notes available in People automations—perfect for automatically documenting key moments or information for your congregants.
