About Clean My PCO
When a profile is created or changed in Planning Center People, Clean My PCO runs cleanup tasks and verifies that the e-mail, phone, and address are valid. Then Clean My PCO writes the cleaned and corrected information to the person’s profile in Planning Center. It happens in less than a minute, and all changes are recorded in the activity tab of the profile.
If a questionable profile needs human eyes, you receive a workflow card from inside Planning Center to check.
