How it works with Planning Center
Vanco’s integration with Planning Center creates a connected giving experience, seamlessly syncing Planning Center people data into the Vanco Giving platform. Donation and payment data flow back into Planning Center’s database, streamlining tracking, reporting, and financial management—empowering churches to focus on their mission and community impact.
An organization admin can initiate and complete the Vanco-to-PCO integration process without the need for additional integration credentials.
Donor records in Vanco are synced with People records in Planning Center. Subsequent people additions and edits will be reflected in Vanco donor records.
Settled transactions made in Vanco Giving will be synced to Planning Center Giving on a nightly basis.
