We are an online application for worship planning and volunteer management
Who authorized this charge?
If you didn’t sign up for Planning Center, you may want to ask around the office, starting with your worship department. We’ve found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at your church signing up for the product.
Who is my account administrator?
If you are unsure of who your church’s account administrator is you can use the form at the top of this page to acquire this information. You will need to have the last four digits of the credit card on file with the associated account along with the billing zip code to access this information.
Can we get an invoice for the charges?
To get an invoice please use the form above to enter you credit card and billing address. Every month we send an automatic invoice or receipt to the primary or secondary account administrator for your church. If you would like to receive the invoices and receipts automatically each month, have the primary account administrator add you as the secondary account administrator following the steps in this lesson. We usually recommend that the secondary admin is someone in charge of finances for the church, and the primary admin is someone who is more of an administrator over the Planning Center account itself.
How do I cancel my account?
If you are the site administrator of your account and have decided that Planning Center isn’t right for your teams at this time, you can just log into your account, go to ‘settings’ in the upper right corner, and click on the red "cancel this account" link.
We are sorry to see you go, but once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again though you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.
