That's why we're thrilled to introduce milestone distributions, a brand new feature in Check-Ins that organizes children into classrooms based on their unique needs and stage of life.
What are milestone distributions all about?
With milestone distributions, you can now assign custom milestones—like "walking" or "crawling"—to different locations within a folder. When caregivers check in their little ones, they can place their kids in the safest and most appropriate environment for their specific developmental stage.
How do milestone distributions work?
- Custom milestones
Set unique milestones for each location in your folder's settings.
- Milestones prompt
The next time a child checks in to that folder, caregivers will see a quick prompt to select their child's milestone.
- Location suggestions
Once a milestone is selected, we’ll automatically suggest the most suitable location for future check-ins. But don't worry, caregivers always have the flexibility to adjust the location if necessary.
- Flexible filters
We've designed this to be super flexible, so if a preferred milestone location is full, the system will automatically suggest the next best fit. This will keep the check-in process quick for everyone.
