With families moving in every direction on Sunday, precheck allows them to operate outside the hustle and bustle of check-in. Families can skip the line and save time by prechecking their kids on their phones and then scanning them in upon arrival.
Now with new features and improvements, precheck in Church Center will keep your congregation moving through the doors like never before!
Whether you're a busy parent or a dedicated volunteer, these improvements are designed to simplify your Sunday mornings (or whenever you gather).
Parents can view the entire household check-in status
It used to be that only the device you checked in on could see your family's precheck details. Now, all the adults in your household can access precheck info for your entire crew, no matter which device was used for the precheck.
This makes it super simple to coordinate and keep tabs on everyone, even if you don't all arrive or head out together.
Get location recommendations when people check in
We've also improved how precheck works with Services integration and Registrations integration. For Services-connected events, precheck will now recommend check-in locations based on where people are scheduled to serve. It'll even check them in as volunteers if that's their role.
For Registrations, precheck automatically captures and displays people’s assignment areas. It also prevents unregistered guests from checking in, ensuring only the right people are in attendance at your event.
View multiple households together
What if you happen to have family members across different households? We’ve got you covered. Precheck now makes it easy for families to navigate between each household they’re part of, all from one organized place.
Easier access to security labels for parents
For safety reasons, people within your household who check in at separate times are designated separate security codes. But now, the Church Center app puts those codes front and center, so families can quickly reference them and even tap a name to pull up an individual's barcode when checking them out.
Quickly find check-in and check-out information
We know that families don't always arrive at the same time, so precheck now has dedicated tabs for check-in and check-out. This way, if a family is in different stages of their coming and going, they can easily toggle between the tabs to get the info they need.
